Eat Clean | Clean More Challenge!!!

This is a 4-week nutrition challenge to help shave off some LBs, lower body fat percentage, increase muscle mass, increase your performance, and hopefully put a little cash in your pocket!

Eat More | Clean More will start Feb. 7th - Mar. 7th.  This should give you plenty of time to clean out those cupboards and stock them full of fruits, veggies, beans, nuts, and MEAT!

Cost: $20 per person- All cash collected for the challenge will go into the "Challenge Pot" and will be split down the middle for the top male and top female winner!
**(you can still participate without paying $20, but you will not be eligible to win a cash prize)**

Here's what it'll look like:
  • February 7th: Weigh-in, warm-up, workout, and record your WOD and body comp. results
  • March 7th: Weigh-in, warm-up, workout, record your results, and compare them to your Day 1 results
  • The male and female with the highest average percentage of body fat lost and muscle mass gained will be announced as winners on March 8th
What do I need to do?
  • Eat clean!  This means no fast food, no processed foods (i.e. cereal, frozen dinners, pasta, bread, lunch meats, etc.) And stay away from refined sugars!
  • Eat lots of vegetables, moderate fruits, good fats (avocados, almonds, macadamia nuts), and good protein (salmon, turkey, chicken, pork, lean red meat)
  • Stay hydrated.  Drink plenty of water, whole milk, and protein shakes.  No pop, juice, lattes, etc.  Black coffee and tea are ok
  • Come to the gym!  Follow the 3 days on, 1 day off rule.  Work hard and take your rest days!
  • Keep a food log if this will help you stay on track, although it is not required for the challenge.
**These are just suggestions to get you the best results possible, you can take this information and apply it however you'd like.  Good luck everyone!
